Uniform
Trinity Academy promotes excellence and aspiration in everything its students do. The uniform is designed to reinforce this spirit of excellence, encouraging students to take pride in belonging to the Trinity Academy community.
All students at Trinity Academy must wear the Academy uniform. This reflects our values as a school and reinforces the school's culture of high expectations. Our uniform helps to promote a strong and cohesive school identity which helps us to support high standards in all areas of school life.
Trinity Academy uniform must be smartly worn at all times by students throughout the school day and on the way to and from the Academy. For further information, please review our Uniform Policy.
Students arriving on-site without the correct uniform will be loaned uniform for the day. More details can be found in our Behaviour Policy.
The necessary branded items are as follows:
- Academy Bag
- Academy Blazer
- Academy Tie
- PE Polo Shirt
All other items can be purchased from a wide range of retailers. If you have any questions about uniform, please contact your child's Head of Year. Reasonable adjustments will be made for students with religious needs or disabilities.
PE Kit
Compulsory items:
- White polo shirt with the Trinity Academy logo (plain T-shirts are not permitted).
- Navy PE shorts or navy tracksuit bottoms with no logos or patterns. Shorts must not be tightly fitted.
- Socks must be plain black or navy.
- Trainers - either plain or with discreet logos (trainers must not have spikes).
Optional:
- Skirts (navy) must sit at knee length or longer.
- Navy blue jumper.
- PE Navy tracksuit bottoms - cannot have any logos, stripes, or pictures.
Equipment
All students are expected to have the following equipment with them every day. A bundle of all stationary items can be purchased from MCAS (My Child At School).
- Black Pens (x2)
- Green Pens (x2)
- Pencils (x2)
- Eraser
- Pencil Sharpener
- Highlighters (various colours)
- Ruler
- Geometry Set (protractor, compass, set squares)
- Scientific Calculator
- Glue Stick
- Coloured Pencils
- Pocket English Dictionary
- Pencil Case
Academic planners are provided by the school, however, if the student misplaces or loses it, a replacement will be required to be purchased from MCAS.
